The line graph illustrates the information on the average monthly temperatures in three major cities, namely Paris, Boston, and Melbourne, over the period between January and December. Units are measured in degrees, Celsius.
Overall, it can be seen that the temperature of Boston and Paris cities experienced significant rise over the first half of the year, while Melbourne showed a decrease during the exact same period. However, the none of the cities’ temperatures remained unchanged.
As the graph shows, Boston temperature, starting from three degrees in January, followed by an increase to 27 Celsius in June. The trend rose to around 32 Celsius in August, making it the highest temperature among all three cities.
By contrast, Melbourne, starting from 26 Celsius in January, declined to 16 Celsius in July, whereas Paris’s temperature was stable at approximately 24 Celsius throughout the entire summer season. At the end of the timeline, Boston decreased to five Celsius in December.
