Overall, there were different places such as home, work, college, and library. The times showed with a percents and the highest place was home in 1998, and 2004 about 55%. The less one was about 12% in 1998.

In 1998, the most used internet was in home about 55%. Percentage of people who was used phone in work was approximately 29%, and the percentage of college was exactly 20%. The library was about 11% of used internet in that place.

In 2000, the home decreased compare to in 1998, and that changed to 48%. Work was the same in 1998 about 28%. The college and library had little difference like 2%. Library was about 18%, and college was 20%.

In 2002 and 2004, home was 50%, and 55%. Work was approximately 27% in 2002, and 17% in 2004. College was 26% and 18%, and library was the same score about 16%.
