As per the the given data, there are four types of technology; those being a CD player, a Mobile Phone, a DVD player and an internet connection.

Overall, after analysing the given graph, it can be noticed that the access to technology for all four kinds has increased over the years. In addition, the most popular one was the CD player in all the given years before it was overtaken by the Mobile Phone around 2007.

Starting with the CD player, 60% of homes owned this technology, and its ownership experienced a gradual rise to almost 85% in 2006/07, then it remained stationary till 2008, while the Mobile phone % has started at around 19%. After that, it shows an almost linear increase until it intersects with the CD player in 2006/07 at 85%, and climbs to approximately 90%.

Regarding the remaining two technologies, the popularity of both started at 0%, only for both to show a steep pattern of increase over the years, with both graphs colliding in between 2004/05 and 2006/07 with around 65%.
