The line graph shows weekly meat preferences of a European country for their diet from 1979 to 2004.
Overall, through this period of time, only European’s chicken meals increased significantly and eating of the other options ( beef, lamb, fish) decreased which for the fish dishes was less noticeably than 2 others.
The consumption of chicken sharply increased from almost 150 grams for a week (the third ranked of the 1979) to the most eated meat (weekly almost 250 grams) in 2004. In addition, during this 25 years, there was more fluctuations for this group rather than other meats.
In 1979, people like to eat beef more than any other which statically was more than 200 grams per week for every person, even before 1989 it raised and stayed at the first preference. After that, it highly droped and reached to about 120 grams by person for a week in 2004 and gained the second recommended meat in a diet. Similar to beef, during the schedual, eating of the lamb meat decreased from 150 grams (second ranked of 1979) to almost 60 grams in 2004 (as same as using of fish meals in the first year).
For the people of this country eating fish constantly was at the last option. although during the years we can see neglibly changes but it could not hit more than approximately 60 grams per week for each citizen.
