In general, what stands out from the graph is that, there were considerable downward trends in the weekly consumption of beef and lambe, while the consumption of chicken experienced considerable upward in the given period.
Looking at the details, as regards of beef, the weekly consumption started with a slightly decrease from around 220 grams to 170 grams between 1979 and 1984, subsequently there was considerable fluctuation over the next two years, afterwards it dipped gradually from approximately 180 grams to 100 grams in the given period.
