Overall, it is clear that there is a variation in the home activities done by children. Children were mostly involved in computer games in all the mentioned countries, while reading was the least preferred activity among young children.
It is evident that more than 50% of children were involved in computer games, except in China where only 40% of children preferred it. There was an equal proportion of young children who likes to watch Television in the given countries, at about 30%. More than 20% of children played board games in the given countries. The data shows an equal percentage of children in Malaysia and China were interested in board games, at about 25%. Finally, the lowest preferred home activity among young children was reading, and it was only 10% in both Nigeria and Sudan.
