Similarly, the number of recoveries experienced a period of volatility. At the start of the period, both new confirmed cases and recoveries were equal, but in the end, daily recoveries were higher.

With regards to the up-to-date recoveries, there was minimal fluctuation until 12 February, and then it peaked at 15,100 patients because of developments in how the virus was detected. After that, there was a dramatic fall to around 10 people on 25 February.

On the other hand, the number of confirmed recoveries was stable until 12 February, then it showed some fluctuation until 22 February, at which time it peaked at 4,000 patients.
