There was no change in the number of telephones in the next month. The month from April to June saw a dramatic rise in this figure to 1600. Similarly, the number of enquiries in person started at 400, which was the lowest in January. Then, this figure experienced a significant upward trend from January to June, and it reached the highest point at around 1900.
By contrast, the figure of letter or mail started at nearly 800, and then it declined slightly to only around 700. There was no change at this number in the next month. The month from March to June, this figure saw a dramatic drop, it went down a half to nearly 400.
