overall, It is clear that the enquiries made in person and by telephone experienced an incrase during this time, while the amount of enquiries received by email and letter has shown a massive decrease.
let take a look at detail, in person enquiries sharply rose from 400 to 1600, whilte enquiries made by telephone showed a more graudal increase. Initially telephne enquiries decline slightly from 800 to 400 before increasing to 1000 in the third month. The ratio remain at this level for the month of April and then it showed a huge upsurge to 1600 in June.
In contrast, it can be seen that the requests by email showed an opposite trend, it steadily decreased from 800 to 300 over the 6 month period.
