To begins with the highest number of enquiries made by people was by telephone whichaccounted as 900 in initial month of 2021, after a month it declined slighty, however, it started raised in march. It remained stable till april, after that it dramatically inclined to 1600 calls in june. On the contrary, enquiries made by emails and letters followed downward trend, which remained relatively stable till march which was around 500, whereas, it started declined to 350 in march and reamined constant.

Despite this, enquires in which people prefered to meet inperson showed significantly inclined from 400 to 1900 over the given six month period.

Overall, it is witnessed from the graph that in person meeting outnumbered the rest of methods of enquires.
