It is clear to see that enquiries received from in person and telephone increased during six months, while enquiries made by letter and email decreased.

According to what trend shows, where enquiries were conducted by telephone started approximately from 900 in January, they slightly reached the 1000 at the start of spring. just over 1600 in June. When the second indicate, in person users which began approximately from 500, in march they grew slowly 800. Fortunately, the numbers were reached high of trends to 2000 in June.
