The line graph depicts the number of questions that the Tourist Information Office received in one city during a six-month period, starting from January 2011. As is observed, it can be seen that both enquires given to the office in person and by telephone saw an upward trend, while asking by letter or sending email experienced the opposite one. In addition, the number of enquires sending in person saw the most draamatical change compared to the remaining competitors.
On on hand, both asking questions by telephone or in person experienced an upward trend over a period of six months in 2011. The amount of asking by telephone ranked the first in January t approximately 900 enquires. It slightly dropped to 800 questions in the following month, at which point this figure grew up to 1000 in March. In addition, the method of asking in person experienced a gradual rise from 400 to 800 enquires in March, after which this figure met the telephoning way, increased significantly to nearly 2000 in June, whereas, the number of people using phone to ask remained stable for a month, the grew up to 1600 in the same month.
On the other hand, it is obvious that asking through letters or email was less eminent for people day by day in 2011. At the beginning of that year, this figure owned the second position compared to other aspects. It seemed to maintain its statistics at about 700 enquires in the first 3 months of the year, followed by a rapid reduction to nearly 400 in May, then remained stable in June 2011.
