The rendered line graph delineates the information about the number of complaints which received by the Tourist Information Office in a city during 2011.
At a fleeting glance, it is evident that the majority of inquiries were received from persons over the last three months (April, May, and June), while in the first three months, these were collected by the telephone. It is surprising to note that more or less than 800 inquiries were received by letter and telephone, while the Tourist Information Office received least complaints by telephone, which fell down over the six months and reached a value of under 400. It also implies that from May to June, complaints stayed at a constant level.
By providing further, this office received 400 inquiries in person to person in January. Afterward, it inclined significantly in June, at a registered value of over 1800. It is noticeable that during January and February, enquires were reduced; however, after one month, it started to rise until the last month, which was around 1400 complaints received by telephone.
Thus, from the overall analysis, it can be extrapolated that the large discrepancies are witnessed in the line graph during 2011.
