The line graph demonstrates information about the number of enquiries acquired by Tourist Information Office in a particular city from January to June in 2011.
It is clear that there were significant changes in the number of enquiries received by each three ways. While the enquiries received by in person and by telephone increased, Tourist Information Office saw fall in the number of enquiries by letter or email.
In January people sent almost 400 enquiries to the Office. Following the next months this number increased dramatically and was 1900 by the end of the period. Another increase was seen in questions by telephone. Between March and April there was not any increase in enquiries received by telephone and were 1000.
People sent approximately 750 letters/emails to Office from January to March. However, after March there was a sharp decrease for this figure and at the end of the period this number was less than 400.
