The line chart displays information on how many the tourist information office in a particular city received questions sent by three different options, through January to June in 2011. Overall, enquiries from two out of three means of communication, in person and by telephone, increased throughout the period. Meanwhile, enquiries sent by email/letter slowly went down to an all time low at the end of the period.
Enquiries sent in person was at its lowest in January compared to other means, at just above 400, this figure consistently went up surpassing telephone enquiries in April and being the most popular way an enquiry is delivered in June, at around 1900. However, different but the same, telephone enquiries began at roughly 900 in January, where it then fluctuated for 2 months, finally hitting 1000 enquiries and remaining unchanged in the following month. In June, this number climbed to 1600 enquiries, 600 enquiries higher than it was in April. Both groups ending larger than their initial point.
On the other hand, accepted enquiries by letter/email slowly fell from just under 800 enquires in January to less than 400 in May, this number persisted in the next month, making it the underdog out of the three.
