The line graph illustrates the per capita consumption of whole milk productions in the united states from 1970 to 2015.

Overall, the consumption of whole milk was declined dramatically from 26 gallons to around 5 gallons. However, it was high level than ingestion of low-fat milk in the past.

In the 1970 the ingestion of whole milk was about 25 gallons. In 1990, the ingestion of whole milk and low-fat milk were same degree.( around 13 gallons ). But, the consumption of whole milk was dropped and the low-fat milk was rose. The devouring of whole milk sharply decreased prior 1970 to 2015, ( 5 gallons ) without increase
