The line graph presented to us the per capita consumption of both whole milk and low-fat milk in US between 1970 and 2015. Overall, the whole milk have a dwindling tendency.
In the beginning, 1970 year, low fat milk was unpopular and it was almost 6 per capita consumption, while whole milk was on its peak 25 per capita buying. During the first decade, it was becoming less on 5, whilst low-fat milk up to 10. In 1990 they merged in point just under 15.
After it, during whole milk was continuing drop and had been on the level about 6 by 2010, low fat milk these two decades was stable. By the end, they both became less: low-fat milk down to almost 13 per capita and whole milk about 5.
