The bar graph illustrates the proportions of men and women who were teaching at a university in various colleges.

Overall, it is clear that males professors in engineering were making up maximum percentage throughout that period, also they were the highest ratio in most fields, whereas females scored the highest point for them in education.

In arts there was a closeness between the sexes as men was about 55 percent and women around 45 percent, as for business the most professors were men with about 65 percent while women were approximately 35 percent, in education females made up the vast majority with about75 percent as well as males were almost 27 percent .

Ingineering had seen the highest percentage of academic employees as they were from men about 85 percent and women were about 17 percent, in law the proportion of males was 60 percent in addition females were 40 percent, for medicine there was an equal in level of both approximately by 50 percent, in science the ratio of men was more than women 35 percent and 63 percent respectively .
