Overall, there was an upward trend in the attendance rate of people aged of 18 to 25; 26 to 45 and over 65 during the period shown. In addition, the reverse pattern was true for the 46-65-years old.
In 1984, the ratio of people falling into 26-45 participating GYM was about 30%, compared to 15% of the 18-25-years-old. Over the following 10 years, the figure for dwellers aged 18-25 and 26-45 had the same data, reaching of 35%. At the end of the period, the attendace rate of the youngest people significantly increased to 60%, reaching the highest rate in the given graph. Additionally, the figure for the 26-45 age bracket witnessed a considerable growth by exactly 15%.
Turning to the remaining age groups, we can see that in the year 1984, the proportion of people aged 46-65 engaging GYM was about 28%. However, the figure for senior citizens was drammatically lower to only 5%. After 9 years, there was a sharp decline in the rate of visitors falling into 46-65 to 15%, whereas the other age bracket substantially climed to exactly 18%.
