The figures for the Russian republic and Slovakia were all below 10% in 1998, but after ten years, the Russian republic just grew slightly from roughly 5% to about 6%, while Slovakia had noticeably risen from nearly 6% to over a tenth. The quantity of people who want to become freelancers in the Czech Republic was a little more than a tenth in 1998, and about 15% in ten years later.
