In 2008, only 2% of rural people had the facilities which became 4% in 2009. The internate user increased gradually to 10% in 2000 , and the percentage kept increasing approximately 14% and 24% in 2011 and 2012 respectively. Finally, internet access among the rural people reached above 30% in 2012.

On the other hand , internet access in cities had about 12% in 2008 which damatically increased to 30% in 2009. Then it increased 40% in 2010. After that,it kept increasing gradually to 50% in 2011 and 52% in 2012. In 2013, around 54% of urban people used internate.
