The graph illustrates the proportion of urban and rural households in European country that had internet access between 2008 to 2013.
Overall, it is clear that access to the internate facilities increased in both cities and villages over the period. Moreover, the number of internet users were highest in 2012 in both places.
In 2008, only 2% of rural people had the facilities which became 4% in 2009. The internate user increased gradually to 10% in 2000 , and the percentage kept increasing approximately 14% and 24% in 2011 and 2012 respectively. Finally, internet access among the rural people reached above 30% in 2012.
On the other hand , internet access in cities had about 12% in 2008 which damatically increased to 30% in 2009. Then it increased 40% in 2010. After that,it kept increasing gradually to 50% in 2011 and 52% in 2012. In 2013, around 54% of urban people used internate.
