The line graph illustrates the percentage of who are didn’t working due to their illness absence in 5 different parts of the world namely in Netherlands,Sweden,France,UK and Germany in years between 1991 and 2001.
Overall,it is clear that the majority of workers with illness absence is in Netherlands,while reverse is true for Germany in given periods.
In 1991 the in both Sweden and Netherlands the workers who were absent because of their health problems were siting at 5 percent.However,this figure increased to 6 % in Netherlands and about 5,2% in Sweden.Moreover,in 1992 Sweden started to recover its unemployments,workers with illness absence rate figure dropped to 3% in 1998.Furthemore, one more time these figure rised by half percent in 1999,but it remained 3 percent in the end of the given period.There was also decreasing in percentage of Netherlands workers in 1996 which was accounted for approximately 4,5%,further this figure rised to once more 6% in 2001.
The percentage of employees in France with health absence was sitting at 3% in 1991 and it didn’t change til 1995,but since that time it started to rise rapidly and accounted for 5% in 2001.When it comes to the percentage of workers with illness absence in UK and Germany,there was not any big changes,but there was only fluctuating.The percentage of workers who were absent dou to their health problems were about 1,5% in Germany and 2,5% in UK in the year 1991.Moreover,this figure didn’t change in 2001 in Uk,except for Germany it the figure constituted 2,7%.
