The highest point was the quality of treatment (90% of patients were satisfied), while the lowest was the waiting time (around 75% of people). Maple and Oak Wards had approximately the same level of satisfaction with waiting time (around 55% of patients who replied “very good”).
Regarding other categories, polled patients were more pleased with the quality of aftercare and the hospital staff of Oak Ward compared to Maple Ward (almost 70% and just over 50% of patients were satisfied, respectively). The quality of treatment in Oak Ward was higher than in Maple Ward, numbering 80% of people.
