The graph illustrates the excellent evaluation of patients about their hospital experience by three wards, namely Holly Ward, Maple Ward, and Oak Ward, measured in percentage.
Overall, the quality of treatment in the three wards was the highest among the four criteria. Additionally, Holly Ward had the best reviews in all four categories. This figure was followed by Oak ward, which was higher than Maple ward in all aspects, except for waiting time.
Regarding the better qualities, these were the quality of treatment and the quality of aftercare. The former was always highest in being rated very good in four categories, with the highest being Holly Ward with 90 per cent. The percentage of victims rated highly satisfied with the quality of treatment of Holly Ward was followed by Oak Ward and Maple Ward, which were 10 per cent lower and 20 per cent lower, respectively. As for the quality of aftercare, the highest proportion in evaluating excellence was Holly Ward with nearly 90 per cent while the smallest was true for Maple Ward, with about half. Additionally, there were 70 per cent of victims rated very good for the quality of aftercare in Oak Ward.
Turning to the lower sectors in comparison to the aforementioned figures, namely hospital staff and waiting time, Holly Ward got the highest satisfied review about hospital staff, with around 88 per cent, whilst Oak Ward got 68 per cent. Additionally, the proportion rating very good in hospital staff in Maple Ward was the lowest among the three wards, with only around 55 per cent. As for waiting time experience, patients of Holly Ward evaluated the highest satisfaction in this figure, with about 75 per cent. Meanwhile, these criteria in Maple Ward and Oak Ward were the same, around 55 per cent.
