We can begin with the age 18, where unemployment rate is 15%. At this age many young women start investigating the new world and possibilities, such as getting a job, but it’s also worth mentioning that some of them decide against it and prefer working later, follwing their profession and starting their career.
At the age ranging from 25 to 30, unemployment rate is the lowest showing us an apogee of many women who become successful in their line of work, which is admirable. In my opinion, this age is perfect to be employed, because at this point nothing is getting in women’s way and are considerably healthy as well.
However, after age of 35, unemployment rate extremely rises and the reason for it could be settling down and creating family, which results in women to retire and say no to their job in order to take care of children. But there could be a solution, such as working from home.
In the end, after hitting 45 and more, women go back to working and that would mean, perhaps, returning to their old job or taking a new one, matching the age.
