According to the line graph, it can be clearly seen that there was a downward trend in the percentage of agriculture employees. In contrast, services show a significant increase over the period.
American agricultural workers decreased considerably from 80 percent in 1875 to 0 percent in 2000, and it has projected which remained stable in 2025. Meanwhile, there was a constant at 10 percent in services trend over a 50 years, before climbing sharply to 70 percent in 1975. After that, it still increased slightly nearly 90 percent in 2025, which was overtaking the beginning point of agriculture’s figure.
Intative, looking at the rate of manufacturing employment grew up slightly about 5 percent during 1875 to 1900, then it rose to the peak at 50 percent in 1950. Moreover, the end of period, employment rate of manufacturing dropped significantly by 40 percent, accounting at only 10 percent.
