Overall, city C and F had the largest amount of water and both of them increased in the given period. It is also clear that the figure for city D decreased significantly.
To begin, city A’s water reservoir was full for nearly 60% in october 2009, but this falled by about 15% in the last year. The same trend was true for city B, it had 80% in the first year and declined to just above three fifths. Meanwhile, city C had a grow from approximately four fifths to nearly 90%.
Turning to city E, it remained stable at just above 80%. While the figure city D had the most dramatic decrease from 80% to about a half by the end of the period, that of for city F rose by around 8% ending with 97%.
