The bar chart shows the success rate of UK compared to international students on a second degree or better from 2019. The graph is devided into different study topics where each one of them has two percentages either for the UK student or the international students.
Technical studies as electrical engineering or information technology seem to have a higher success rate for international students.
Social studies as nursing or accountancy or even sociology have more or less the same success rate for international as for UK students. Eventhough, for sociology there is a small discrepancy and the UK students achieved a slightly higher score.
The third group consists of study topics related to a proper handling of the english literature as English literature, Accountancy or International Law. All of these study topics showed a higher success rate for native english speaking students.
The data can be devided into three different groups where the success rate is either higher for UK students, same or lower compared to international students. Summarized the technical subject are more prone to be successful for international students where social studies do not really depend on the place of origin.
