Overall, even though the agregate value for the houses that were for sale experienced a downward trajectory, it remained to higher throughtout the given time frame compared to the one’s that were sold.
Starting with the month of july, the average prices for unsold houses were around 3,35,000 dollars, which dipped to 3,19,000 dollars in september before rebounding to 329 thousand dollars in october. However, this trend did not continue as the figure closed at 320 thousand dollars in the month december.
On the other hand, the number for houses that were sold was 300 thousand dollars at the start of the period, which rose to 305 thousand dollars in the next month. Although the figure plunged to 290 thousands dollars in september and remained unaltered for another one month. But after the month of october, prices experienced a rapid climb as the number closed at 308 thousand dollars in december and was also the highest value for sold houses.
