Just when prices of sold houses started with 300 thousand (respectively). Until august, the two prices moved in the opposite direction. However, between august and september, they both fell by about 10 thousand.
In the following month, noticeably improvement of house prices on the market was noticed. Despite this progress, prices of sold houses remained the same, with 290 thousand. In november, sold houses increased their price to almost 305 thousand. Prices of houses on the market suffered until december and ended up with 320 thousand dollars. While sold house had a price slightly lower than 310 thousand dollars.
