Overall, it can be seen that most of the population watch movies at the cinema multiple times a year. Additionally, younger audiences usually go to the cinema more frequently than older ones on average, this is true for all age groups.
In 1996, 62% of the citizens go to cinemas, when it shot up to 72% in the next year. This number remained stable for the following years, except for year 1999, which had a little dip of 2% but quickly recovering the next year. The frequency that people visit experienced a slight increase from 10.3 to 11.1, but have quickly decreased to around 8.3. In remained relatively stable for the following years.
As for how frequent each age group attends, the number fluctuates heavily between 10 and 25 but younger age groups generally watch movies more frequently than older people. The number reached it’s peak at year “>1999, at around 23 visits per year for citizens in the age of 14-24.
