The first chart illustrates the consumption energy in Australia households, while the second chart visualizes the resulting gas emissions. Overall, heating and water heating energy are the most likely to be used resulting in the highest emissions in Australia.
The consumption of energy in Australia is dominated by the use of heating and water heating machines with approximately 42% and 30%, respectively. The other data are separated into four categories; refrigeration, cooling, lighting, and others, with the least usage for cooling with 2%.
Although heating is the most favorable energy, the greenhouse gasses that impact from heating are only less than half of water heating emissions, recorded at 32% while heating only 15%. While the usage of cooling is aligned with the emissions results, there is a unique trend for lighting and refrigerators. The emissions that impacted from these categories are double the usage, from 4% to 8% and 7% to 14%, respectively.
