Overall, while the figure for cell phone services witnessed a downward trend, expenses on residential phone services moved in the oppisite direction. Additionally, the expenditures on cell phone used to be higher than that of residential phone until it was surpassed in 2006, reaching the highest value by the end of the period.
At the beginning of the period, the expenditures on cell phone services stood at around 200 million, the lowest figure in the chart. The figure increased significantly to approximately 550 in 2006, the same amount with expenditure on residetial phone. From 2006 onwards, this upward trend continued and reached more than 700 million in 2010, successfully surpassed the figure for residential phone
On the other hand, The expenses on residential phone witnessed a dramatical drop, from nearly 700 million in 2001, more than three times as much as that of cell phone at the starting point, to merely 400 million at the end of the period.
