In the year of 2001, spending on mobile phone services was starter at the cost of 200$. While, the annual spending on the residential phone services was around 700$. Over the period of 5 years there is a significant growth in cell phone service was approximately of 450$ annual expenses, whereas the cost of public phone service was about 650$.

In the year of 2006 both the cell phone and residential phone services come at same point of 550$ annual spending. However, the annual cost of mobile phone service was rosed to 700$ in the year of 2010. Meanwhile, the annual cost of public mobile service was decreased to 400$ at the end of 2010.

Overall, the spending on mobile service was sharply increased by the end of year. But, the cost of residential phone services has dramatically declined
