The line graph illustrates how many people visit a museum in the UK during summer and winter in 2023.
Overall, it is immediately obvious that the number of visitors entering this museum in the morning was higher than that in the afternoon during both times of year. It is also apparent that the majority of people went to the museum at lunch, from 11:00 to 12:00 in both seasons.
Looking first at the summer time, the number of visitors soared to 1300 people from 9:00 to 11:00, before reaching the peak at 1500 people at 12:00. However, the figure for people visiting the museum witnessed a two-fold drop to 800 people at 15:00, followed by a dramatic decrease to 0 people at 18:00 of the day.
Notably, there was a slight fluctuation in the number of visitors entering the museum in the morning during winter, hovering from approximately 500 to 600 people before noon. The figure for that declined continuously in the afternoon, hitting the lowest point at 0 people at 14:30 in the afternoon. After which, it remained unchanged until 18:00.
