Overall,what stands out from the graph is that Burnie’s Buns is generally the busiest coffee shop ,outselling Lovely Loaves in six out of eight items.On the whole savoury items such as salads and sandwiches were considerably less popular than sweet items like doughnuts or cakes.
As regards Bernie’s Buns doughnuts was leading item with approximately 135 sold on Saturday.Cookies and cakes ranked as second and third products sold on average at around 115 and 100 items sold respectively.Roles and crisps attracted noticeably lower demand they were accounted for roughly 75sales each,while toasted sandwiches and salads were the least popular items,standing at nearly 25 and 20 units in turn.
Turning to Lovely Loaves doughnuts remained the leading product category ,albeit it were slightly less popular than those recorded in Bernie’s Buns with just over 120 goods to be sold in 2010. Cakes represented the second most frequently purchased item with figures reaching just under 80 units,followed by cookies standing at 65 items that was sold .Sales of salads were remarkably higher than those in Bernie’s buns with roughly 60-63 products.Rolls and fresh loaves both constituted nearly 50sales,while crisps were marginally lower ,at about 45.
Toasted sandwiches recorded the lowest figure with only 25 items to be sold
