The bar chart compared the waste collection by a recycling centre from 2011 to 2015. Overall, all types of waste fluctuated, with paper having the highest figure at the end of the period, while garden had the lowest.
At the begining of the period, 57 tons of paper were collected by a recycling centre, which decreased to 50 tons in 2012 and to 40 tons in 2013. This figure rose to 51 tones in 2014 and peaked at 70 tons in 2015, which was significantly higher than those figures among the wastes surveyed. Glass’s level was 48 tons, which decreased to 41 tons before rising up to 48 tons in 2013, surpassed paper to achieve the highest place. This, then dropped marginally to 46 tons and went up to 52 tons at the end of the period.
Regarding the remaining answers, the recycling centre collected 35 tons of tins waste, which was nearly the same rate as garden’s at 32 tons. These figures then dropped to 27 tons and 15 tons respectively, before fluctuating between 27 tons and 33 tons and finishing at 39 and 35 tons respectively, placing at the third and the final position.
