Initially, all categories had the same level of 0% in 1990. Individuals with the minimum level of knowledge have declined in the whole period. The amount of employment without a school certificate had gone down until 2025. This figure of -14% is the smallest one from all groups through the last 35 years. Meanwhile, the rate of high school graduates had decreased over the period of 20 years. After 2020, it had slight growth, started from -5%.

Concurrently, two other groups of workers had noticeable improvement. In 1995 the amount of Bachelor’s degree had reached 5% and continued to grow. The peak was in 2000 with a level of 15%. After that, between 2000 and 2015 the indicator was fluctuating, dipping twice in 2005 and 2015. There has been a slow increase since 2015.
