The bar chart gives information about how much tea and coffee was imported by four different countries worldwide. The units are given in tonnes.
Overall, the most significant amount of tea was imported by the UK, while Germany was the leader regarding tea import. It is also worth mentioning that Canada imported the least amount of tea, and the same figure was true in the case of coffee imported by the UK.
Turning to the specifics, the UK imported the largest amount of tea, being the highest figure in the diagram, accounting for 160,000 tonnes. The USA ranked second in this category, with about 110,000 tonnes of tea. There was also a noticeable disparity in the amount of tea imported by Germany and Canada, with the latter bringing the least amount of tea, at about 40,000 and 20,000 tonnes, respectively.
As for the tea, the overall amount imported by all countries was not as high as that of coffee. Germany took the leading position, importing over 40,000 tonnes of coffee, which was a bit higher than that of the US and Canada, with 40,000 for each. The figure for another European country, the UK, on the other hand, was remarkably lower, at roughly 20,000 tonnes, becoming the least coffee-imported country.
