Overall it can be perceived that,Paper and cardboard were the most recycled materials whereas plastics were least recycled materials for those periods.
On the one hand, the recycling rate of Plastics and cardboard was identical in 1980 and 1988 which covers around 65 percentage.However, the recycling rate was escalated by 15 percentage after 4 years. Moreover, Plastics hold around 1 percentage recycling rate in 1988 which was escalated by around 4 percentage after 2 years and the recycling rate remained almost same till 2008.
