Overall, it can be seen that women’ clothes generated the biggest profit and also experienced a significant and consistent rise throughout all seasons from winter to autumn. Meanwhile, men’ s clothes and sports equipment illustrated a fluctuating trend in sales in the given seasons. Speaking of cosmetics and jewellery, apart from the period from winter and spring when sales figures slightly dropped, in general these 2 categories were improving in all further seasons.
To begin with, sales of women’s clothes showed about $40 000 in winter season and increased by 20 000 in spring and summer. Thus. the indicator reached a record sales amount of $120 000 during the winter season.Men’s clothes and sports equipment’s showed a similar seasonal pattern but at a lower level, fluctuating between approximately $30 000 and $45 000.
In case with cosmetics there was a slight decrease from $30 000 to $20 000 in winter and spring seasons respectively.Simlar situation was with jewellery sales, where the amount dropped from $20 000 to $15 000 in the same seasons. However. cosmetics and jewellery illustted marginal rise from $30 000 to $40 000 and from around $27 000 to $50 000 in summer and autumn respectively.
