Overall, the percentage of computer ownership witnessed an upward trend over given time frame. Additionally, postgraduate degrees people had the highest ownership, as opposed to those who had not high school diploma.
In 2002, 55 percent of the total population had a computer. Moreover, this figure increased by 5% year by year. Having a computer reached 75% of the total population in 2010, which was the highest point on the first chart.
In terms of educational level, around 15% pupil who had not high school had a PC, which was the lowest point on the second chart, and this ratio went up to about 42% in the following eight years. Therefore, approximately 35% and 65 percent of high school graduates had computers in 2002 and 2010, respectively. In addition, this number was 55% and 85% for college students in given years. Moreover, the ones who had bachelor’s degrees and postgraduate consisted of the highest ratio at 70% and 90% in 2002, and 75% and 95% in 2010.
