In 2000, only about 55% people in the UK have a computer, after 2 years, it climbed to 65% and the following year, that number declined slowly to 70%, in 2004. In 2006 computer become more popular in the UK and it go up to 75%. However, in 2008 it become 80% and in 2010 computer ownership hit a peak to 85%.

Computer ownership in the UK by education level in 2000 for no high school diploma and high school graduate is 25% and 30% after 10 years it increased to about 35% and 45%. On the other hand, undergraduate degree level is 60% in 2000 and that number skyrocketed to approximately 77% in 2010.
