Both graphs provide informations about steel and how its number had altered. In addition the observation was held within 30 years(1990-2000) and in the certain country (the UK).

A closer look to a first graph reveals that the demand for steel always was in a high level. It is observed that approximately in the 1974 and in the 1988 the demand for steel rose and was 20 and 15 thousands respectivly, however in the others years there were not some striking changes.Otherwise the import,it is number never exaggerated 6 thousands, althought it is dynamics was increasing over years. The production never stayed stable,it has a lot of declines and increments,so it varied from 17 to 6 thousands respectivly.

A more precise look to a second line graph reveals that the number of workers in a steel industry was not steady. In the 1970 200 employers were working in this industry;nevertheless the number of them had a tendancy to reduce over the years. In the 1980 there was a signifacant decline and only 60 workers stayed on their working places. In the 2000 approximately 40 of them did not leave.

Overall, the demand in the Uk was always higher than the production or the import. The number of employed people was reducing with each year.
