The bar charts show the exported quantity of oranges, lemons, grapefruits and others citrus fruits to the major three countries in the year 2012. Among all the countries Mexico was the top importer in terms of types of citrus fruits.
Oranges were mainly exported to South Africa, 1000 thousands tonnes, which was larger than the accumulated quantity of both Egypt and the United States. The export quantity of lemons to Mexico was expressing the similar figure like oranges to South Africa when the total quantity of top three countries’ export being compared. Both the United States and Argentina cumulatively contributed almost half of exported tonnes of Mexico. On the other hand, though Turkey was the top importer of grapefruits, the other two, Mexico and the U.S. were not far behind.
Overall, the U.S. was always in the target of exporting citrus fruits. Despite of not being any top importer, the United States was standing in the importer list at every category of citruses.
