The bar charts illustrate four sectors of cirtrus fruits and the top three countries who imported these fruits in 2012.

Overall, Turkey took the lead in the importation of the quantity of lemons and grapefruits while South Africa was the leading orange importer. Notably, Mexico ranked first in the importation of other types of citrus fruits although they were out of top in lemons, grapefruits and oranges.

Regarding the fruits where Turkey is the largest importer, this nation imported the greatest number of lemons with 500 thousand metric tons. The figure for Mexico was slightly lower, staying at 450 thousand metric tons and far surpassed 250 thousand metric tons of Argentina.
