To begin with, it can be observed that the approximetaly third-quarter of is covered by the salaries of teachers and other staffs with 55% and 23% respectively in the year of 1991. The reources coverd with 12%. While, the furniture equipment can be viewed almost same as sources spend with just 7% more over it can be observed that the insurance were the least in the given graph with just 2%.
In contrast, the teachers goted almost same percentage of spending with just 10% of difference with 55% in 1991 and 45% in 2001 respectively. Furthermore it can be also viewed that the recources were at 12% in 1991 than it decreased to just 5% in the year of 2001.
