The number of phone calls concerning Model C was the only figure that increased between 2010 1nd 2015, with 71 and 84, respectively. Model A, on the other hand, the receiving numbers of calls at the Nigerian call centre was about 52 in 2010 and this total decreased to 49 in 2015. Meanwhile, Model B represented the lowest mark in receiving calls at the Nigerian call centre.
Of all the cars manufactured by this company, Model D, despite a decline from 94 to 88 phone calls, they were remarked as the highest discussed on car production. The call Model E had a failure in the number of calls it was associated with, dropping from 68 in 2010 to 57.
