In the chart shown, math graduates and other graduates are being compared to from the years 2004 till 2012 by their salaries.

In the year 2004, math and other graduates were tied with the same number of salary, but the math graduates were higher than the other graduates, math being around 80 students, and other graduates reaching to 65. In 2004, they were still tied but the salaries went about to 43,000 dollars and the number of graduates for math still remained 80 but other graduates went up to about 85 students. In contrast to 2008, which had a major increase for math students going up to 50,000 dollars and salaries going up by 7000 dollars, but for other graduates it only got up by 2000 dollars. Whereas 2010, math graduates had a slight rise of 1000 dollars and other graduates going up by 2000 dollars again, but in 2012, there was a noticeable surge of salaries that was 5000 dollars for math graduates and four thousand for other graduates.

In conclusion, the other graduates had a more continuous overall increase comparing to the math graduates throughout the year, even though math graduates had higher salaries. In addition to math students remaining the same number but other graduates slightly decreasing.
