The pie chart and the diagram illustrate the correlation between the amount of time spent by students for exam preparation and the grades achieved based on hours studied.
Overall, the majority of students spent somewhere between 51 and 75 hours of preparation for the exam. The second most popular amount of time spent on studies equals 76-100 hours. Noticeably, the latter group of people shows better results during the test, reaching higher scores. The lowest marks correlates with the lowest amount of time spent in preparation.
Based on the information presented, the 5% of students who studied for 25 hours or less achieved the lowest mark for the exam. As the time spent on the studies increased to 26-50 hours, the group of 18% of students reached the average mark of 60. Students who studied for 51-75 hours took up the largest share of 38% and with the average mark of approx. 75.
The best average result (85+) was achieved by 30% of students, who spent from 76 to 100 hours on their studies. This trend changes with the 9% of people who spent the most time in preparation for the text (101-125 hours), but achieved an average mark of 80.
